Money-Back Policy
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
This Money-Back Policy (the “Policy”) explains when refunds, reversals, credits, extensions of access, or other billing corrections may be available for purchases made through the Litepisodes websites and web checkout (the “Service”), operated by EL WELLNESS SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Litepisodes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Litepisodes Terms of Service and Billing Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Before you request a refund, please contact us. Most billing issues – a charge you did not expect, a charge after cancellation, access that did not activate – are resolved quickly by writing to support@litepisodes.com. Contacting us first is faster than a chargeback and keeps your access intact while we look into it.
Scope
This Policy applies to purchases made through the Litepisodes websites and web checkout. All purchases of Paid Features are made directly from Litepisodes; there is no third-party store billing.
Litepisodes may, at its sole discretion, offer an introductory period at a reduced price or other promotional pricing (each, an “Introductory Offer”). After an Introductory Offer, your subscription continues at the standard recurring price disclosed at checkout and renews automatically until you cancel, as described in the Billing Terms.
Refunds Generally
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in this Policy, charges are non-refundable. This includes:
- subscription charges, including the first charge following an Introductory Offer and all subsequent renewal charges
- one-time purchases of digital content (such as episodes, chapters, seasons, volumes, or content packs) once access has been granted
amounts paid for any portion of a billing period that has already elapsed.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund a charge already made for the current billing period. You keep access until the end of that period.
Refunds Required by Law
We will provide refunds or other remedies to the extent required by applicable law. If a mandatory legal right to a refund applies to your purchase, we will honor that right in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, regardless of anything else in this Policy. Consumer-protection rights vary by state and country and apply only where and to the extent applicable.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within a set period. That right does not apply where you have expressly requested that access begin immediately and have acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where you gave that consent and acknowledgment at checkout, no withdrawal-based refund is available for digital content that has already been delivered or made accessible; where the purchase is treated as a service that has been partly performed, any refund may be reduced in proportion to what has been supplied.
Billing Errors, Access Issues, and Technical Problems
We will issue a refund, reversal, credit, extension of access, or other appropriate correction if we determine, acting reasonably, that any of the following occurred:
- duplicate charge – you were charged twice for the same transaction
- incorrect amount – you were charged an amount different from the price displayed and agreed at checkout, excluding differences due to taxes
- charge after cancellation – you were charged after cancelling properly and before the renewal date, consistent with the Billing Terms
- Introductory Offer error – for example, you were charged the standard price earlier than the conversion date shown at checkout, or the Introductory Offer was applied incorrectly by our systems
- technical checkout or activation error attributable to our systems that caused an unintended charge, or that prevented paid access from being activated after payment
- paid access not delivered due to an issue attributable to Litepisodes – for example, the subscription did not activate, or Paid Features were not enabled after a successful charge
- material unavailability of the Service primarily attributable to Litepisodes – in which case we may provide a service credit or an extension of access instead of a refund, unless a refund is required by law
- incorrect restriction or termination of paid access attributable to Litepisodes – for example, an erroneous suspension shortly after a charge
any other billing mistake clearly attributable to Litepisodes, such as a misapplied discount or an incorrect subscription start date.
Where a correction is warranted, we will generally issue it to the original payment method where possible, or provide a credit or an extension of access where appropriate.
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Except as required by law, we do not provide refunds for:
- failure to cancel before a renewal, including failure to cancel before an Introductory Offer converts to the standard recurring price, where the renewal terms were disclosed at checkout
- dissatisfaction with the Service, with specific titles, episodes, storylines, or characters, or no longer wanting the Service
- not using the Service, using it less than expected, or perceived lack of value
- changes to the available library, including removal, expiration, or modification of specific titles, episodes, formats, languages, dubs, or subtitles, including where such changes result from third-party licensing arrangements
- regional or geographic restrictions on specific Content or features, where availability was disclosed or where availability changed due to licensing terms or applicable law
- partial use of a billing period – we do not prorate, unless required by law
- one-time purchases of digital content once the content has been accessed, opened, streamed, downloaded (where offered), or unlocked
- issues outside our reasonable control, including your device limitations, an unsupported browser or operating system, network or connectivity issues, VPN or proxy settings, or local outages
- issues caused by your environment or setup, including ad blockers, privacy tools, browser extensions, firewall or security software, or network policies that block scripts, cookies, or required Service functionality
- inability to access the Service due to lost credentials or failure to keep the email address associated with your account current and accessible
- amounts affected by your bank or payment provider, including foreign-exchange rates, bank fees, intermediary fees, or processing delays
- taxes, duties, or government charges that are non-refundable or already remitted, unless required by law
suspension, restriction, or termination of access resulting from your violation of the Terms of Service, suspected abuse, fraud, sharing of credentials, screen recording, or piracy.
How to Request a Refund or Billing Correction
Email support@litepisodes.com and include:
- the email address associated with your account
- the date, amount, and currency of the charge
- any transaction reference or receipt, if available
a brief description of the issue – for example, “duplicate charge,” “charged after cancellation,” “technical checkout error,” “Introductory Offer converted earlier than disclosed.”
We may request additional information to verify account ownership or payment details.
Timing. Please contact us promptly after you notice an issue. Delays may affect our ability to investigate or resolve it, including because of payment-processor time limits.
Our response. We will acknowledge your request and tell you our decision, with the reason where we decline.
Processing Times
If approved, refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account, typically 5–10 business days, and timelines vary by provider and country.
Litepisodes does not control and is not responsible for processing or posting times once a refund has been submitted to the payment processor.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first at support@litepisodes.com so we can resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of access while the dispute is pending. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent disputes, abuse of payment-dispute mechanisms, or suspected fraud, and to recover amounts owed to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider where that right is available to you by law or under your card network's rules.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the updated version and revising the Effective Date above. Where notice is required by applicable law, we will provide it as required. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges already made.
Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute relating to a refund is subject to the Section “Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver” of the Terms of Service, including the requirement to attempt informal resolution first, the individual-arbitration requirement, the class action waiver, and your right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles, consistent with the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the state or country in which you reside.
