How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Profile, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can also cancel by emailing support@litepisodes.com from the address on your account.
Will I be refunded if I cancel mid-cycle?
Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a paid period, but you keep full access until the period ends.
How does the 3-day intro work?
You’re charged $1.99 today and gain full access for 3 days. Unless you cancel before the intro ends, the plan automatically renews at $9.99 per week.
Where can I see and manage my billing?
All invoices and your next renewal date live under Profile, then Subscription. You can change plans or update your payment method there at any time.
